- Cut 4 pieces of chicken (2 wing + breasts, 2 legs). Melt 50 grams butter in your pressure cooker and turn the chicken in it without browning for 5 minutes Sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add the poultry broth. Season with salt, pepper and spices.
- Close and cook for 15 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. After cooking, remove the chicken pieces and keep them warm.
- Beat two egg yolks and combine with cream. Pour into the sauce. Do not boil. Add the mushrooms cooked in the remaining 25 grams of butter and the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes and place on a warm platter.
- Serve Immediately.
