PIGEON STEW

The Pigeon Stew is perfectly combined of highly healthy ingredients such as carrots, pigeions, leeks, cloves, onion, poultry, peppercorns, and salt. This can easily prepare since you will just need to follow the two steps. This dish can serve for four persons.

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the broth into your pressure cooker, add the garlic cloves and the onion studded with two cloves. Season with salt and pepper. Singe, clean and truss the pigeons. Lay them in a basket placed in the high position. Add the carrots, turnips and leeks.
  • Close and cook for 11 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. Serve on a warm platter.
  • Garnish with a few sprigs of chervil.

  • 4 carrots 
  • 2 leeks 
  • 2 turnips
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 1 onion 
  • 2 cloves 
  • 1.5 litre poultry broth 
  • Coarse ground salt
  • Peppercorns
