LARKS FLAMBE
A very sophisticated and high-class dish that you can preapre for your friends is the Larks Flambe. This is made of healthy and all natural ingredients such as larks, butter, lamb fats, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, spices, pepper, and bread. This can easily prepare for about thirty minutes and can serve for four people.

Preparation Method :
- Brown the larks in your pressure cooker for 6 minutes in butter and with the lamb fats for 4 minutes.
- Flambe in lemon juice, add a dash of vinegar with some sugar and simmer without closing for 4 minutes Add salt, pepper and spices. Close and simmer for 5 minutes, from the pressure cooker hissing.
- Serve the larks on small croutons made for sandwich bread fried in butter for 5 minutes.
- Coat with a cooking juices.
