- Mix together all the ingredients in a 3 cups dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes, then stir round and eat.

- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
