MARROW ESPAGNOLE

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a 7 cups dish, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Stir in the onion and tomatoes.
- Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 4 minutes.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients, adjust seasoning.
- Cover and cook on Full for 10 minutes or until the marrow is tender.
- Allow to stand for 4 minutes.

- 3 large tomatoes, blanched, skinned and chopped
- 500 grams marrow (squash),peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon marjoram or oregano, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt to taste
