DRUMSTICKS WITH DEVILLED COATING

Drumsticks with devilled coating – perfect dish for all food cravers! This recipe is totally simple to prepare and doesn’t cover any extreme effort and time. You can easily make this dish within 15 minutes and you can also serve this to all special occasions.

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the mustard, curry powder, paprika, cayenne and salt. Coat all sides of the drumsticks with the mustard mixture.
  • Arrange in a deep 25 cm / 10 in diameter dish like the spokes of a wheel, with the bony ends towards the centre.
  • Melt the butter, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Coat the drumsticks with the melted butter.
  • Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish twice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks     
  • 1 tablespoon English mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon hot cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
