CELERIAC WITH ORANGE HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the celery pieces in a 9 cups dish with the measured water, lemon juice and salt.
  • Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 20 minutes, turning the dish and drain.
  • Slice the celeriac and return to the dish. Keep hot.
  • Make the Maltese Sauce and spoon over the celeriac. Garnish with the orange segments.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg celeriac, peeled, washed and cut into 10 pieces
  • 250 ml cold water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Maltese Sauce  
  • 1 very sweet orange, peeled and segmented
