Preparation Method :
- Place the celery pieces in a 9 cups dish with the measured water, lemon juice and salt.
- Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 20 minutes, turning the dish and drain.
- Slice the celeriac and return to the dish. Keep hot.
- Make the Maltese Sauce and spoon over the celeriac. Garnish with the orange segments.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg celeriac, peeled, washed and cut into 10 pieces
- 250 ml cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Maltese Sauce
- 1 very sweet orange, peeled and segmented
