BUTTERED CHINESE LEAVES WITH PERNOD

Chinese leaves, butter or margarine, pernod and other special seasonings made a perfect recipe and that is buttered Chinese leaves with Pernod. With its combined ingredients and flavorings, you can fully enjoy its perfect taste that truly fits to your picky tongue.

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter or margarine on Defrost for 2 minutes.
  • Put the shredded leaves in a 9 cups dish.
  • Add to the cabbage with the Pernod and salt and toss gently to mix.
  • Cover with a plate cook on Full for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Chinese leaves, shredded
  • 50 grams butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Pernod
  • Salt to taste
