Preparation Method :
- Cook the potatoes in a boiling water until tender, 10 minutes. Drain and return to the pan. Add the butter and milk. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until softened, 5 minutes.
- Add the beef and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat until reduced, 15 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with the potatoes and parsley.

- 300 grams frozen mixed peas, carrots, and corn
- Sprigs of parsley, to garnish
