GOULASH

- Cut the beef into 50 grams pieces.
- Heat the oil in your pressure cooker and brown the meat for 8 minutes.
- Add the chopped onions and brown them for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and them flour. Combine well. Add beef bouillon. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste, bouquet garni and the crushed garlic cloves.
- Close and cook for 37 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing. After cooking, remove the pieces of meat and put them in a warm dish.
- Reduce the sauce for 3 minutes check the seasoning and strain it over the meat through a fine sieve.

- 800 grams chuck beef
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 50 grams onion
- 25 grams flour
- 1 litre beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bouquet garni
