CREAMED STRIPS OF SIRLOIN
This recipe is very delicious when blending with vegetables before eating. Cream is the secret for this recipe and a proper procedure in cooking. The basic ingredients for this are sirloin of bee, vegetables mustards, grated ginger, black pepper and hot toast.

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190°C/375°F.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan and gently fry the steak for 5 minutes.
- Remove the steak, using a slotted spoon, place it in a serving dish and keep warm.
- Add the mushrooms to the frying pan, cooking them in the left-over juices.
- Add essential ingrediants (mustard, ginger, salt and pepper).
- Cook for 3 minutes, then add the sherry and cream.
- Cook for a further 5 minutes, and pour over the steak.
- Bake the mixture in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Place the triangles of warm toast around the strips of beef, with the sprigs of fresh parsley, and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams butter
- 500 grams sirloin of beef, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 225 grams of button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- A pinch of freshly grated ginger
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 150 ml double cream
- 4 slices hot toast, cut into triangles
- A few sprigs of fresh parsley
