Preparation Method :
- Mix the finely chopped garlic with the butter and rub half of it into the steak.
- Season it with plenty of freshly ground black pepper and a little salt.
- Place the steaks on an oiled, preheated grill.
- Cook and seal on both sides, then baste slowly with the garlic butter until cooked
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and very finely chopped
- 550 grams Chateaubriand steaks
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 100 grams fresh unsalted English butter, softened
