Preparation Method :
- Combine the beef with the soy sauce, apple juice, red pepper flakes, garlic, papaya, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Mix well. Let marinate for 2 hours.
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the celery and ginger until aromatic, 1 minute. Add the beef and the marinade.
- Stir often until the liquid has evaporated and the meat is tender, about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and noodles. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve hot.

- 500 grams rice stick noodles
- 5 tablespoons peanut oil
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
- 300 grams baby spinach leaves
