BEEF ROLLS IN WINE
A beef rolls in wine is a good dish that loves of many people because it’s delicious. The red wine adds to the taste of the beef. It is juicy and appetizing. Making this dish requires a lot of items such as, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, red wine and sugar.

- Cut each piece of beef in half, spread a little garlic on each and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the sausage meat with the onion and thyme and spread a layer over each steak. Place a piece of carrot in the middle, and roll up the steaks. Tie with string.
- Melt the butter in a flameproof casserole and gently brown the rolls on all sides. Combine the wine, tomato puree (paste), Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and sugar and pour over the meat.
- Cover the casserole tightly and cook in a preheated moderate oven (180°C/350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 1 hour, or until the rolls are very tender.
- Serve with Courgette (Zucchini) Scallop and Oven-Cooked New Potatoes.

- 8 large slices topside of beef, pounded until thin
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 200 grams sausage meat
- 2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 carrot, quartered
- 100 grams butter
- 250 ml red wine
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
