Preparation Method :
- Beat butter, essence and sifted icing sugar in small bowl until smooth. Stir in sifted flour and chopped nuts.
- Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls, place on greased oven trays, top with 50 grams of nuts.
- Bake in moderate oven about 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.
- Dust the biscuits with extra sifted icing sugar.

- 50 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 50 grams icing sugar mixture
- 75 grams plain flour
- 100 grams pecans, finely chopped
