Preparation Method :
- Knead the meat well in a bowl, then add one of the eggs, the rice, oil, chopped onion and parsley.
 - Season and mix very well with the meat to form a smooth paste.
 - With moistened hands, break off lumps and shape into walnut-sized balls.
 - Place in a frying pan with a cup of water and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Drain and cool.
 - Beat the remaining egg, dip the meat balls in it, then roll them in flour.
 - Fry in the melted butter over a high heat until they are crisp and brown. Serve it warm.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams lean minced beef or lamb
 - 2 eggs
 - 50 grams rice
 - 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
 - Salt and pepper
 - Flour, to coat
 - 100 grams butter
