CHICKEN WINGS WITH GARLIC AND YOGHURT

                    Preparation Method :
- Marinate the wings in lemon juice with crushed garlic and season it for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove and then drain.
 - Mix the yoghurt into the marinade, then brush onto the wings.
 - Place under a medium-hot grill. As the yoghurt dries, brush more on.
 - The wings should become brown and crisp. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken wings, cut in half
 - 6 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and white pepper
 - 160 ml natural yoghurt
 - Parsley, to garnish
