Preparation Method :
- To clean the testicles, first remove the outer skin by slicing the sac and pushing the testicles out.
- Separate the sac by cutting the connected duct. Discard the sac and rinse the testicles under cold running water.
- Parboil in salted water (1 tablespoon to 500 ml) for 5-7 minutes. Drain it and then cool it, remove any veins and cut into small cubes.
- Saute the crushed garlic in melted butter, then add the herbs, salt and pepper.
- Toss the testicles lightly in the butter until golden brown. Do not overcook.
- Finally add the lemon juice and serve hot, garnished with finely chopped parsley.

- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 100 grams butter
- ¼ teaspoon mixed herbs
- White pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Finely chopped parsley, to garnish
