Preparation Method :
- Boil udon noodles in boiling water, adding a pinch of salt and a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Boil for approximately 10 minutes. To check if the noodle is cooked, scoop up one stand of noodles and taste.
- If soft, then it is ready and can be removed from heat. Immediately immerse into cold water and remove.
- Place in strainer and allow water to drip off.
- Diagonally slice the crab stick into smaller pieces and slice tomatoes into four wedges.
- Set pan over medium heat, and sesame oil and stir-fry the udon noodles, followed by crab sticks and tomatoes.
- Thoroughly blend the contents and flavor with soybean sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and parsley. Remove the contents onto a plate.
- Serve hot.

- 100 grams udon noodles
- 10 pieces imitation crab stick
- 10 small tomatoes
- 100 grams chopped parsley
- 5 tablespoon Japanese soybean sauce
- 2 tablespoon mirin
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 5 tablespoon Sesame oil
- Ground salt
- Cooking oil
