- Skin the salami and chop into small dice. Combine the eggs with the cream, cheese, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Heat the butter in a large heavy-based frying pan (skillet) and lightly brown the salami. Add the hot freshly cooked and drained pasta, and then pour in the egg mixture.
- Use two forks to toss the mixture over medium heat until the pasta is well coated.
- Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread, garnished with chives or parsley.

- 200 gram salami in a piece
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 tablespoons single cream
- 50 gram grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 80 gram butter
- 400 gram freshly cooked spaghetti
- Chopped chives or parsley to garnish
