SALAMI CARBONARA

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Skin the salami and chop into small dice. Combine the eggs with the cream, cheese, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • Heat the butter in a large heavy-based frying pan (skillet) and lightly brown the salami. Add the hot freshly cooked and drained pasta, and then pour in the egg mixture.
  • Use two forks to toss the mixture over medium heat until the pasta is well coated.
  • Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread, garnished with chives or parsley. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gram salami in a piece 
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten 
  • 4 tablespoons single cream 
  • 50 gram grated Parmesan cheese 
  • ½ teaspoon salt 
  • Freshly ground pepper 
  • 80 gram butter 
  • 400 gram freshly cooked spaghetti 
  • Chopped chives or parsley to garnish
