FILET MIGNON WRAPPED IN PARMA HAM

Preparation Method :
- Mix together the marjoram and garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the steaks with the herb mixture, and then wrap them in the Parma ham.
- Make sure that all the beef is covered with the ham.
- Put the steaks on a greased broiler rack and place under a preheated very hot broiler, as close to the heat as possible without burning them.
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side if you like your steak rare, 5-6 minutes for medium, and 8 minutes for well done.
- Place the slices of mozzarella on the steaks, return to the broiler, and cook until the mozzarella is melting and just turning golden.
- Remove the steaks from the broiler and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Chopped marjoram
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 300 grams filet mignon
- 15 slices of Parma ham
- 200 grams buffalo mozzarella, cut into 4 slices
- Salt and pepper
