Preparation Method :
- Mix cornflour with ½ cup of cold milk.
- Boil 7½ cups of milk and add condensed milk.
- Add corn flour paste to hot milk.
- Keep on a medium flame and stir-cook till thick.
- Remove, add all the nuts, rose water, almond essence and cool.
- Fold it in the kulfi moulds and screw on the lids.
- Place in the freezer to set.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon of finely chopped almonds
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1.5 Litres milk
- 100 ml cold milk
- 15 finely chopped pistachios
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon rose water
- ¼ teaspoon almond essence
