STIR-FRIED SPINACH WITH BAMBOO SHOOTS

Preparation Method :
- Tear away the stems of the spinach. Thinly slice the bamboo shoots.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat the oil over high heat. Put in the bamboo shoots. Stir-fry ½ minute and remove.
- Put in the spinach. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the sauce and sherry, and stir-fry ½ minute more.
- Replace the bamboo shoots. Continue cooking ½ minute. The vegetables should both still be crisp.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams spinach
- 250 grams tin bamboo shoots
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari or shoyu sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
