GREEN AND BLACK BEAN STIR-FRY

Preparation Method :
- Using a sharp knife, slice the fine green beans, shallots and shiitake mushrooms.
 - Crush the garlic in a pestle and mortar and shred the Iceberg lettuce.
 - Heat the chili oil and butter in a large preheated wok or frying pan (skillet).
 - Add the green beans, shallots, garlic and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
 - Add the shredded lettuce to the wok or frying pan (skillet) and stir-fry until the leaves have wilted.
 - Stir the black bean sauce into the mixture in the wok and heat through, tossing gently to mix, until the sauce is bubbling.
 - Transfer the green and black bean stir-fry to a warm serving dish.
 - Serve immediately.

- 500 grams fine green beans, sliced
 - 8 shallots, sliced
 - 200 grams shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
 - 2 clove garlics, crushed
 - 2 Iceberg lettuce, shredded
 - 2 teaspoons chili oil
 - 50 grams butter
 - 8 tablespoons black bean sauce
