BRAISED VEGETABLES

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a wok heat oil and add sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • Add hot water, oyster and soy sauces. Simmer 4 minutes.
  • Push vegetables to one side of wok, add blended corn flour and water and stir until sauce thickens.
  • Fork vegetables through sauce.
  • Serve with boiled rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 2 clove garlics, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger root
  • 750 grams prepared mixed vegetables
  • 250 ml hot water
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons corn flour blended with 
  • 2 tablespoons water
