BRAISED VEGETABLES

Preparation Method :
- In a wok heat oil and add sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes.
 - Add hot water, oyster and soy sauces. Simmer 4 minutes.
 - Push vegetables to one side of wok, add blended corn flour and water and stir until sauce thickens.
 - Fork vegetables through sauce.
 - Serve with boiled rice.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
 - 2 clove garlics, crushed
 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger root
 - 750 grams prepared mixed vegetables
 - 250 ml hot water
 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 4 teaspoons corn flour blended with
 - 2 tablespoons water
