Preparation Method :
- In a large bowl mix the flour, salt,black pepper,garlic powder, buttermilk and egg.
- Add okra to mixture and coat it well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the coated okras into the pan gently with the help of spoon.
- Turn the fritters to cook until turns brown evenly for about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove fritters with a spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve it hot.

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 400 ml buttermilk
