FRIED PEPPER RINGS

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat eggs and milk together.
  • Add the bread crumbs and the Parmesan cheese and mix it well.
  • Dip the pepper rings in egg mixture, and then coat with flour.
  • Dip again in egg mixture and dredge in the bread crumb mixture.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper rings for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden, turn it once.
  • Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large  bell peppers (deseeded and cut into ring shaped)
  • 3 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 150 gram seasoned bread crumbs
  • 120 gram Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 150 gram of all -purpose flour
  • Cooking oil for frying
