VICHYSSOISE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sauté the leeks and onion in butter for 6- 8 minutes.
  • Add potatoes, stock, salt and pepper.
  • Boil it first, and then simmer very gently for 30 minutes. (Stir it occasionally)
  • Puree in a blender and cool it
  • Add cream and then serve it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 leeks (chopped)
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 250 gram potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 450 ml chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 30 ml cups whipping cream
