Preparation Method :
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
- Grill the steaks(uncovered) over medium heat for 6-10 minutes on each side .
- Then thinly slice meat.
- On a serving platter arrange lettuce, tomato, carrot, onion and olives. Top with steak and dressing and serve.
