Preparation Method :
- Separate egg whites and egg yolk.
- Beat the egg yolks and the add sugar.
- Gently stir in bourbon while beating.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peak is achieved.
- Mix egg whites into egg yolk mixture, then add whipped cream into mixture.
- Refrigerate for more than 4 days.
- Keep stirring frequently to avoid separation.
- When the colour changes to a pale, then serve it.
- serve it with nutmeg and cinnamon.
