EGGNOG KENTUCKY-STYLE

10 minutes

Cooking Time :
4 days

Preparation Method :

  • Separate egg whites and egg yolk.
  • Beat the egg yolks and the add sugar.
  • Gently stir in bourbon while beating.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peak is achieved.
  • Mix egg whites into egg yolk mixture, then add whipped cream into mixture.
  • Refrigerate for more than 4 days.
  • Keep stirring frequently to avoid separation.
  • When the colour changes to a pale, then serve it.
  • serve it with nutmeg and cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 litre heavy cream
  • 12 eggs
  • 400 gram sugar
  • 4 bourbon whisky
