Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except parsley.
- Transfer into serving bowl, cover and chill several hours or overnight.
- Before serving garnish with parsley.
- Serve with melba.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams can salmon (drained and flaked)
- 150 ml cream cheese
- 1 table spoon lemon juice
- 1 table spoon onion (minced)
- ½ table spoon horseradish
- ½ tea spoon liquid smoke
- ¼ tea spoon Tabasco
- 2 table spoons fresh parsley (chopped)
