SMOKED SALMON PATE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 hour 30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients except parsley.
  • Transfer into serving bowl, cover and chill several hours or overnight.
  • Before serving garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with melba. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams can salmon (drained and flaked)
  • 150 ml cream cheese
  • 1 table spoon lemon juice
  • 1 table spoon onion (minced)
  • ½ table spoon horseradish
  • ½ tea spoon liquid smoke
  • ¼ tea spoon Tabasco
  • 2 table spoons fresh parsley (chopped)
