Preparation Method :
- In a large saucepan,melt the butter, add the leeks, onions and celery and cook on low flame until it softens.Do not allow it to brown.
- Now, add the chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
- Then cover, simmer and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Allow to cool for a little while and then blend in a blender to make it a puree.
- Transfer the puree to the saucepan and mix the yogurt.
- Adjust the seasoning according to taste and reheat on low flame without boiling.
- Garnish with sliced fresh chives and serve hot.

- 15 grams of butter
- 500 grams of leek, trimmed, sliced and washed
- 1 medium-sized onion, skinned and chopped
- 1celery stick, chopped and washed
- ½ liter of chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 grams of natural yogurt
