GOLDEN VEGETABLE SOUP

Preparation Method :
- Heat up a saucepan and melt the butter, add the carrot, celery, swede, cauliflower and onion and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Add the turmeric, stir and add the vegetable stock.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley leaves and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 15 grams of butter
- 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and julienned
- 1 celery stick, julienned
- 50 grams of swede, peeled and julienned
- 100 grams of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 small-sized onion, skinned and cut
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- ½ liter of vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh,chopped parsley leaves for garnishment
