Preparation Method :
- In a large saucepan, heat the milk, the vegetable stock and add the broad beans,peas and onion and simmer until the beans and peas are tender.
- Take one-third of the soup and puree it in a blender.
- Now add the pureed soup to the remaining soup and then season it with salt and pepper to taste.
- Reheat the soup. Do not boil.
- Garnish with grilled bacon and serve hot.
