Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic, mushrooms and sage for 2 minutes, then stir in the ham.
- Bring 900 ml salted water to the boil and cook the noodles for 10 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain well and keep warm.
- Heat the cheese with the mushroom mixture until melted, then stir in the noodles.
- Serve immediately.

- 50 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 5 ml chopped fresh sage or 2.5 ml dried
- 50 grams cooked ham, diced
- Salt
- 100 grams ribbon noodles
- 50 grams medium fat curd cheese
