Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, combine cheese and butter.
- Gently pour the port wine and mix it well.
- Now add the yogurt and nuts.
- Toast one side of each crumpet.
- Spread the cheese mixture onto the untoasted side of the crumpets and grill until bubbling.
- Garnish with walnuts, olives and parsley.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 15 grams butter
- 15 grams mixed nut, chopped
- 1 teaspoon port wine
- 2 teaspoon yoghurt
- 4 crumpets
- 4 walnuts, halved
- 5 stuffed olives for garnishing
- 1 tea spoon parsley, chopped
