VEGETARIAN MEDLEY

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
  • Lightly fry the carrots, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, apple, garlic and sage for 15 minutes, until softened.
  • Add the lentils, raisins and peanuts. Season to taste.
  • Stir the yogurt into the cream cheese and mix well to blend.
  • Stir into the mixture. Reheat gently for 5 minutes.
  • Serve at once.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 grams butter
  • 1 carrots, sliced
  • ½ large onion, skinned and chopped
  • ½ green pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
  • ½ large cooking apple, peeled and chopped
  • ½ clove garlic, skinned and crushed
  • 10 ml chopped fresh sage 
  • 50 grams lentils, cooked
  • 15 ml raisins
  • 15 ml unsalted peanuts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 grams natural yogurt
  • 15 grams cream cheese
