Preparation Method :
- Put the apples, orange rind and juice and sugar into a ovenproof serving dish.
- Put the flours into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Stir in the icing sugar and cinnamon, making sure all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apple.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) mark 6 for 30-40 minutes, until the topping is crisp and golden.
- Serve hot with fresh cream or custard.
