MULLED WINE

Serves :

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the wine in a pan on low flame.
  • Now add cinnamon, cloves, sugar/honey, cardamom and orange peel. Continue heating at low flame until the sugar or honey dissolves. (Do not boil it).
  • Filter it in the wine glasses and serve it hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 375 ml Red wine 
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar or honey 
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks 
  • 2 Cloves 
  • 3 Cardamom pods 
  • 1 Orange peel
