- Heat the oil and fry the onions till translucent. Add the potato strips and the celery, cook till the potatoes are crispy. Remove and keep aside.
- Heat the butter and add the beaten eggs. Mix in the yogurt and keep spreading the eggs to cook the omelette.
- Add the grated cheese. Cook the eggs till firm and then top with peanuts and the cooked potatoes and onion mixture.

- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
