Preparation Method :
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, salt and pepper together, toss well.
- Add tempura flour, rice flour and water, toss lightly to combine.
- Pre-heat a work of oil over medium heat until the oil is hot.
- Drop a spoonful of the corn mixture into the oil and deep-fry until golden and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Continue frying until the mixture is used up.
- Arrange on a serving platter, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce.
