TOM YUM KUNG SOUP

Preparation Method :
- Mix reds curry paste along with 1 tbsp of chicken stock in a mixing bowl and stir in to the pan of boiling stock.
- Slice the roots of lemongrass and mix it along with red chillies and mushrooms. Then add the fish sauce and salt to this mixture and stir well.
- Tear lime leaves and add them to it. Add the deveined prawns to the pan along with lemon juice. Simmer till the prawns are finely cooked. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 24 small prawns, deveined
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 4 fresh red chillies, sliced
- 6 fresh button mushrooms, halved
- 1 teaspoon red curry paste
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 lemon grass roots
- 6 lime leaves
- 2 tablespoon juice
- Salt to taste
