Preparation Method :
- Combine pork mince with fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Blend carrot, potato and onion in a blender.
- Take a teaspoon of the pork mince mix and flatten like patties. Spread the vegetables in the centre and fold up the edges into a ball.
- Steam them for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Coat the balls with breadcrumbs and deep fry the balls until it turns brown.
- Remove from the oil and place it on an absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve it hot.
