VEGETABLE STUFFED PORK BALLS ( MU YUT SIE PUK )

Preparation Method :

  • Combine pork mince with fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Blend carrot, potato and onion in a blender.
  • Take a teaspoon of the pork mince mix and flatten like patties. Spread the vegetables in the centre and fold up the edges into a ball.
  • Steam them for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a wok.
  • Coat the balls with breadcrumbs and deep fry the balls until it turns brown.
  • Remove from the oil and place it on an absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
  • Serve it hot.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Pork Mince
  • 100 grams Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 50 grams Onion (finely chopped)
  • 50 grams potatoes
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon White Pepper
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying
