THAI BANANA FRITTER

Preparation Method :
- Combine all- purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a bowl.
- Gently stir in water little by little and mix it well to make a smooth batter.
- Add sesame seed, grated coconut to the batter and blend it well.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Coat the banana slices evenly with batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Thai Banana (peeled and sliced lengthwise)
- 100 grams rice flour
- 50 grams all- purpose flour
- 50 grams coconut (grated)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
- 150 ml water
- Salt to taste
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
