Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, put the tapioca pearls and hot water. It will form a thick sticky paste with the tapioca beads sticking to each other.
- Add the chopped peanuts, turnip and salt. Mix it well.
- Cover it with tinfoil and steam it for 10 minutes.
- Take a teaspoon of tapioca paste in hand, and press it flat (apply oil on hand to prevent sticking of tapioca on hand).
- Spread a spoonful of the turnip & nut mixture at the centre of the tapioca paste. Fold the edges and shape it into a ball.
- Repeat the same with remaining tapioca and turnip mixture.
- Steam the balls for 8 minutes.
- Cool it and then serve it.

- 20 grams Turnip (chopped)
- 10 grams Toasted Peanut (Pounded)
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 100 ml hot water
- Salt to taste
- Tin Foil for Steaming
