VEGETARIAN SALTED FISH SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • To make vegetarian salted fish: put the tofu in a freezer until completely frozen.
  • Bring the frozen tofu out of a freezer, thaw and cut into halves. Softly press the tofu to get rid of the liquid as much as possible.
  • When only the solid tofu remains, put into a mixing bowl, marinate with light soy sauce and seasoning sauce for hours.
  • Place a shallow pan over medium heat until it is slightly hot. Pour in oil and wait until the oil is hot.
  • Fry marinated tofu until done and golden on both sides. Remove and arrange on a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle sliced red shallot and hot chilies on top and place lime wedges on the side.
  • Garnish with coriander before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams plain tube tofu
  • 100 ml light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 red shallot, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 2 tablespoons hot chilies, sliced
  • 4 wedges lime coriander for garnish
