Preparation Method :
- Keep the fried tofu and the sliced vegetables in a salad bowl.
- Add the drained rice noodles to the salad bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with celery, coriander and peanuts and serve at once.
INGREDIENTS
- 225 grams tofu cut into cubes, lightly fried
- Cooking oil for frying
- 90 grams peanuts - crushed
- 100 grams cooked rice noodles, soaked in hot water for just 2-3 minutes and drained
- Salt to taste
Veggies - Sliced
- 1 tomato
- 100 grams onion cut into circles
- 6 spring onions chopped
- 1005 grams lettuce
- 3 chillies
The Dressing Mix together
- 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
- 2 teaspoons palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
The Garnishing
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons celery
- Peanuts
