PAPAYA SALAD SOM TAM

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams shredded green papaya, sprinkle salt and squeeze out excess water
  • 30 grams roasted peanuts
  • 4 garlic cloves - chopped
  • 4 dried chillies
  • 90 grams beans - blanched and sautéed till tender but not overcooked
  • 90 grams shredded cabbage - blanched

The Sauce Mix Well

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
  • 1 tablespoons soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
