Preparation Method :
- Mix the frying batter flour with water then add ½ cup of pounded dried shrimp and ½ teaspoon of salt. Blend the contents together gently.
- Dip the shrimp into the prepared flour mixture and fry in hot oil (set heat to medium) until cooked and golden brown. Remove and rest to drain the oil.
- Sprinkle the remaining dried shrimp and salt over the fried shrimp followed by lemongrass, lemon, peanuts and dried chili. Blend the contents together and place on a serving dish. Serve immediately.

- 300 grams Medium-sized fresh shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 100 grams Instant frying batter flour
- 150 ml Water
- 100 grams Dried shrimp, pounded
- 100 grams Lemongrass, slivered
- 100 grams Roasted peanuts
- 50 grams Lemon, diced into small cubes (with skin)
- 1 teaspoon Ground salt
- Roasted dried bird chili as desired
- IDHAYAM Mantra Peanut oil for frying
