SHIMEJI MUSHROOMS IN BELL PEPPERS

Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and and fry the mushrooms till these have shrunk in size.
  • Add the bell peppers. Stir-fry for a minute.
  • Mix in the soya sauce and the paste and toss gently. Serve with noodles or fried rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

The Paste

  • 6 pod garlics
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 inch galangal, chopped   
  • 6 red chillies
